Between the anchorage and the warehouse, every tonne passes through six controlled stages — each run and supervised by our own teams.
Stage 01Clearance & permits
Customs clearance through our sister C&F concern, M/S Rusani Enterprise — including 78 permissions and direct-delivery permission for MV Syros Island.
Stage 02Mother-vessel discharge
Vessel declaration and handling of the mother vessel at outer anchorage, with bulk cargo grab-discharged straight into lighter vessels.

Loaded lighters carry the cargo through the river network to the inland jetty closest to each warehouse cluster.

Once the lighter berths, the bulk fertilizer is packed into bags, stitched and weighed on board — ready for counted, traceable delivery.
Stage 05Jetty unloading
Labour gangs unload the bags from the lighter across the jetty, keeping pace with truck arrivals.
Stage 06Nationwide trucking
Bags are loaded onto trucks and delivered to BCIC and BADC warehouses throughout Bangladesh.

Ocean-going bulk carriers can't reach inland terminals. We discharge at anchorage and move the cargo by lighter to the jetty nearest each destination.
